ON DEMAND CLASSES


CYCLE – WARM UP (10 Minutes)
Because sometimes you want a lil of this and lil of that… 10 minutes to rev up that body heat, introduce you to some of the moves we use in our classes and set you up for your next workout or daily activity.
CYCLE – DANCE PARTY 1 (30 Minutes)
Tempo change is the name of the game for this 30 minute cardio and dance party. You will feel all the feels, the only thing you WON’T feel is bored. Let’s ride!
CYCLE – CARDIO RIDE 1 (20 Minutes)
20 minutes is all that you need as an introduction or kick start to stamina, speed and strength training in short durations. Swift, manageable and to the point. Get it done.
BARRE – STRETCH 1 (15 Minutes)
Because sometimes you just need 15 minutes with your breath and your body.
DANCE – CARDIO PARTY 1 (30 Minutes)
In this 30 minute party salsa meets swagger for a feel good sweat fest! Use this to rev you up for a night out or pick up your mood. Don’t stop, get it get it, time to put some swag in it!
DANCE – CARDIO PARTY 2 (30 Minutes)
What do you get when you put together a couple throwbacks, a couple new hits and that low squat in between?… a booty burner, that’s for sure. Couple this one with a core workout and your work is done for the day baby!
CORE – SESSION 1 (15 Minutes)
15 minutes of traditional strength training and isolation work for your core.
BODYWEIGHT – SESSION 1 (30 Minutes)
30 minutes of everything your body needs to fire up metabolically without the use of weights or bands. We will push and move our way to a stronger more fit body every drip of the way.
