Hey cardio junkie – those extra jumping jacks aren’t going to do you any good if you can’t pick yo self off the floor! Get more comfortable in your own skin and with your own damn power in these effective and efficient workouts. No equipment necessary but feel free to add dumbbells, a soup can or a small child if you so choose, I mean to each his or her own!


BODYWEIGHT – SESSION 1 (30 Minutes)
30 minutes of everything your body needs to fire up metabolically without the use of weights or bands. We will push and move our way to a stronger more fit body every drip of the way.
BODYWEIGHT – SESSION 2 (30 Minutes)
We’re going back to the basics with 30 minutes of a traditional strength training circuit. For my cardio junkies, don’t worry, I’ll HIIT you with three short cardio blasts (see what I did there?!). You have the option to use dumbells or a kettlebell and a chair or stool for elevation so that your workout can be repeated to keep getting in those gains. Go get em’!
BODYWEIGHT – SESSION 3 (40 Minutes)
Move to the beat of the music with weights! In this class we take traditional strength training exercises and remix them for a full body workout that incorporates chest, back, leg, shoulder, glute and core work to build strength and rev up your metabolism . Low impact, East to follow and cardio-free.
BODYWEIGHT – SESSION 4 (40 Minutes)
Grab those weights as we ramp up in this mix of cardio and strength.
BODYWEIGHT – SESSION 5 (30 Minutes)
Break out some light weights, take a deep breath, and get ready to sweat!
